Practice Area(s): Trust and Estates
Grey Lund’s practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and trust and estate litigation matters. Grey began his career with Forethought Law, PC, a law firm focused exclusively on trust and estate practice. In early 2020, Forethought Law merged with Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld, LLP, where Grey became a member of the Trusts and Estates Team and where Grey continues to build his trust and estate practice.
With his experience representing clients from diverse backgrounds and various ranges of net worth, Grey is able to customize each client’s comprehensive estate plan to account for anticipated (or unanticipated) life changes, family dynamics, and specific individual needs. Grey’s experience in trust and estate litigation informs his drafting and provides his clients with the rare advantage of an estate planner who has seen how estate plans can go wrong.
Grey also assists trustees, beneficiaries, personal representatives, and other interested parties at all stages of trust and probate administrations. He also has experience in guardianship and conservatorship matters.
Grey is a member of the California Lawyers Association (CLA), Trust and Estates Section and the El Dorado County Bar Association, Trust and Estates Section
He received his J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School and his B.A. in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University.
