Overview

Emily Min’s practice focuses on civil litigation throughout California, with an emphasis on construction litigation and commercial disputes. Emily’s construction practice includes contract drafting, bid protests, and claims advice.

Prior to joining Murphy Austin, Emily was a litigation associate at Singleton Schreiber, LLP, where she represented individual plaintiffs in civil litigation cases, including mass torts, fire litigation, insurance bad faith, environmental, and public entity matters.

Emily earned her J.D. from University Of California, Davis School Of Law, where she received a Witkin Award for attaining the highest class grade in Legal Research and Writing and was a teaching assistant for Property Law and Legal Research and Writing. Emily received her B.A. in Science, Technology, and Society from Vassar College.
