Mariela Vigil

Mariela Vigil is a commercial real estate attorney specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing across a broad range of asset classes, including office, retail, medical, industrial and agricultural properties. She also guides clients through their title review and other due diligence investigations, and coordinates complex closings from start to finish.

Prior to her current role, Mariela worked on licensing transactions at an elite research university, focusing on intellectual property issues and compliance matters. She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to her practice and is committed to helping transactions move forward efficiently. Mariela is also fluent in Spanish.

Mariela earned her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and her B.A. in Sociology at the University of California, Davis. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and exploring creative pursuits.
