Overview

Catherine Oh is a seasoned real estate attorney with a broad practice focused on commercial property transactions throughout California and beyond. She advises clients on all aspects of real estate deals involving a wide array of asset types, including office buildings, retail centers, medical facilities, agricultural land, and industrial properties.

With a practical, business-minded approach, Catherine guides clients through every stage of a transaction—from strategically drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, easements, and other key contracts, to performing due diligence and coordinating successful closings. She brings particular expertise in healthcare real estate, and frequently represents both landlords and tenants in real estate matters involving medical offices, clinics, and other healthcare-related facilities.

Catherine earned her B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles, and was awarded her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was a member of the Hastings Law Journal. Catherine is listed in the 2024 edition of Northern California Super Lawyers for excellence in real estate law. She was named in the Sacramento Business Journal’s Best of the Bar List and is listed in Sacramento/Sactown Magazine’s Top Lawyers list.
