Ari Steinberg’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters, including labor and employment and business and commercial litigation disputes.
In his employment law practice, Ari advises employers in matters related to employment classification, employee termination, leaves of absence, discrimination, and harassment, as well as counseling clients in the drafting of effective and enforceable employment policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Murphy Austin, Ari began his career practicing civil litigation, where he guided clients through high-conflict civil disputes. This experience sharpened his ability to manage sensitive matters, communicate clearly under pressure, and craft practical, results-oriented strategies.
Ari earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and received a B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of California, Davis.
