Overview

Michelle Albright represents clients in complex family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child and spousal support, child custody, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence.

With almost twenty years of diverse legal experience, Michelle has the depth of knowledge and reasoned approach needed to effectively resolve complex and sensitive family law matters with empathy and strict confidentiality.

Michelle’s strengths include counseling clients relative to complex asset valuations and support calculations. While she focuses on resolving cases amicably and efficiently through mediated resolutions, Michelle is a highly-skilled litigator and devoted advocate for her clients, both in and out of the courtroom.

Michelle earned her J.D., with great distinction, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and her B.A., with honors, from University of California Santa Barbara.
