Rebecca A. Dietzen
Rebecca A. Dietzen is an associate with the firm's Labor and Employment Law, Business and Commercial Litigation, and Construction Law Teams. Rebecca assists with all aspects of construction and commercial litigation. Rebecca has experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, deposition, law and motion, mediation, arbitration and trial. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with a well-respected plaintiff's civil litigation firm.
Rebecca’s litigation practice focuses primarily on the representation of individuals, LLCs, corporations and other business entities in litigation arising out of contractual disputes, involuntary dissolution actions and business sales. Her construction litigation practice includes the representation of contractors, developers, owners and design professionals in public and private project disputes.
Rebecca received her B.A. in Law and Society, with honors, from University of California at Santa Barbara in 2001 and was awarded her J.D., cum laude, from University of Pacific, McGeorge in 2004.
While in law school, Rebecca was a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Kimberly J. Mueller, served as president of the McGeorge Women’s Caucus and was a member of the McGeorge Mock Trial competition team for two years. In 2001, Rebecca’s mock trial team won the American Trial Lawyers Association (now AAJ) Western Regional competition.
