Larry Luong is an
attorney in the firm’s Environmental
and Business Litigation practice
groups. He focuses his practice in the representation of clients involved
in federal and state environmental enforcement actions, regulatory compliance
matters including application of the Clean Water Act, and government
cost recovery efforts including those involving application of CERCLA.
He has substantial experience analyzing and litigating liabilities which
arise from environmental contamination matters. In addition to environmental
matters, Larry has experience representing clients from emerging growth
companies to major corporations in a wide range of business transactions
and litigation disputes. He often litigates complex business litigation
matters involving real property transactions and corporate dissolution
actions.
Larry graduated
from the UCLA School of Law with a specialization in Corporate Law.
He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the
University of California at Berkeley. Larry enjoys volunteering his
time as a scholarship application examiner and interviewer for the California
Alumni Association.
