and attorneys. In order to facilitate this goal, MAAS has a recruitment
bonus program which rewards employees for referrals of candidates that
become hired. We hire well qualified staff and trust that they know
others that may be well qualified for an open position.
In addition to this, MAAS values longevity. We have several staff
members who have been with the firm since its inception. MAAS has in
place a longevity program which rewards employees on their fifth anniversary
with the firm, and continues to reward them every five year anniversary
with the firm thereafter.
