Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld
LLP (“MAAS”) has, in a very
short time, become one of the top firms in Sacramento and one of the
firms people look to first when searching for employment.
When MAAS started in 1999, we were given an opportunity to create
ourselves and our culture in any way we wanted. We have focused on working
hard to provide the best client services possible and rewarding ourselves
for that hard work.
We expect the best from our attorneys and staff alike. Proficiency
in software and technology as well as a willingness to learn are very
highly valued at MAAS. We have an onsite software trainer to ensure
everyone is at the level of computer proficiency expected.
Communication is important to our firm. We have regular departmental,
staff and attorney meetings to hear suggestions and distribute information.
There is generally a bit of friendly competition at these departmental
meetings as well.
Our attorneys and staff are involved in community organizations and
the firm is supportive of this involvement.
MAAS competes in the Barrister’s Softball League and has a team
comprised of partners, associates and staff. We haven’t yet reached
first place, but we are very close! People bring their entire families
to join in the fun.
MAAS expects to provide excellent client services and expects the best
from its employees. In return, MAAS provides a challenging, rewarding
and, even fun, work environment.
