J. Scott Alexander

Scott Alexander is a partner with the Construction Law Team and practices throughout California state and federal courts. His practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation with an emphasis in construction law, contract and real property disputes and creditor rights. Scott's practice primarily concentrates on the representation of public entities, public and private owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in all aspects of public and private contracting issues, including impact and delay claims, complex contract disputes, and mechanics’ lien and stop notice actions. He also has experience in negotiating and drafting construction contracts and related construction contract documentation.
