Catherine M. Oh

Catherine Oh is a partner with the Real Estate Law Team and represents commercial real estate developers, owners, investors, landlords and tenants, including corporate real estate clients in healthcare and other industries, in a variety of commercial real estate matters. Catherine has expertise in transactions ranging from leases for retail, office and industrial properties, purchase and sales of shopping centers, office buildings and unimproved land, and loan transactions including acquisition, construction and permanent financing and related workouts and restructurings. Catherine negotiates and documents leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and an array of other real estate and business contracts, provides due diligence and title analysis, coordinates closings, and works closely with her clients in providing advice at all stages of their transactions.

Catherine received her B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1996 and was awarded her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2001. While in law school, she served as a member of the Hastings Law Journal and the Asian/Pacific American Law Students Association.
